Dr Suzanne Brown

I’m Dr. Suzanne Brown and I have over 14 years experience working in the NHS and private practice. I'm passionate about applying evidence based research in a way that's easily understood. When you are more attuned to yourself you can be more connected, emotionally available and fulfilled; with family, in friendships, and achieving success in work and life.

 

Having trained in reducing psychological suffering and promoting psychological health, over the last five years I have developed a keen interest in combining my knowledge on mental health and wellbeing into elite performance domains.

 

As the Lead Psychologist for Arsenal Women's Football Club (season 18/19, 19/20) bringing a unique insight into high performance during this time seeing the team reach success in the WSL & achieve qualification in the Champions League.

  • Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) core training with Dr Patricia Coughlin (2020)
